Kshetrakul Sports operates in a market most software ignores: sports academies. Tennis, pickleball, cricket, and badminton academies run complicated businesses — courts and time slots, coaches and batches, memberships, tournaments, taxes — and most of them run it on a patchwork of spreadsheets, chat threads, and standalone billing tools.
Kshetrakul's answer is AthElite: a platform to run the whole academy. They brought Createawity in to build it — not a module, the platform.
The challenge
Academy operations fragment along three lines. Scheduling is the daily grind: courts, coaches, batches, and one-off bookings competing for the same hours, usually reconciled by hand. Pricing is genuinely complicated: rates that differ by facility, time, program, and member type, applied consistently enough that the front desk doesn't have to improvise. And money and compliance are where patchworks hurt most — Indian academies deal with GST and TDS; doing that outside the system that takes the bookings means someone re-enters everything, and re-entry is where errors live.
Around all of it: tournaments — registrations, draws, operations — traditionally run on paper and goodwill.
There was a build challenge on top of the domain challenge: this couldn't be a website with a database behind it. It needed to be a CRM for staff, a web presence, mobile access, and cloud infrastructure — shipped as one coherent platform, by one team, on a schedule a real business was counting on.
The solution
AthElite was architected as a suite from day one: AthElite.Pivot, the facility and academy CRM, first; AthElite.Stride, athlete management and sports-science tracking, next; KAI, the intelligence layer, designed across both. Built on ASP.NET Core and PostgreSQL, deployed on Azure.
Scheduling → an intelligent bookings engine
Courts, coaches, batches, and ad-hoc bookings live in one calendar with the conflicts handled by the system instead of the front desk.
Pricing → rules, not spreadsheets
Dynamic, rule-based pricing: define the rules once — facility, time, program, member type — and the platform applies them everywhere, every time.
Finance → compliance in the data model
India-first finance with GST and TDS handled inside the platform, attached to the same records as the bookings. No re-entry, no parallel books.
Tournaments → an operations module
Registrations, draws, and event operations run in the same system as the academy, not on paper beside it.
The results
- AthElite.Pivot is live in production, serving tennis, pickleball, cricket, and badminton academies
- Four operational areas digitized end to end: bookings and scheduling, rule-based pricing, GST/TDS-compliant finance, tournament operations
- Four surfaces shipped as one platform — CRM, web, mobile, and cloud — on ASP.NET Core, PostgreSQL, and Azure
- Delivered end to end, on the committed schedule
- The platform is growing on the same foundation: AthElite.Stride is coming soon, with KAI as the intelligence layer across the suite
“The team delivered our sports platform end-to-end... exactly on schedule.”
