Createawity is a premium digital marketing studio delivering brand strategy, creative direction, and integrated digital marketing services across luxury real estate, fashion, F&B, interiors, FMCG, and B2B sectors. We are looking for a creative, organised, and detail-oriented Social Media Intern to support the day-to-day management of multiple client social media accounts. The role involves content planning, social media publishing, trend research, coordination with creative teams, community management, and performance tracking. The ideal candidate should understand social media platforms, have good communication skills, be comfortable using Canva and Instagram Edits, and be interested in creating engaging, brand-focused digital content. Working Hours: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM Stipend: As per industry standards Reports To: Senior Social Media Manager / Brand Director

What we’re looking for

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Business, or a related field.
  • Freshers and candidates with a strong interest in social media are welcome to apply.
  • Basic understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Basic knowledge of Canva and Instagram Edits.
  • Understanding of social media posts, reels, stories, carousels, captions, hashtags, and content formats.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and an interest in trends, content creation, and digital marketing.
  • Basic knowledge of social media analytics and engagement metrics is preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to work onsite at our Vadodara office from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

What you’ll do

  • Manage day-to-day social media activities for multiple client accounts.
  • Prepare and maintain monthly social media content calendars.
  • Schedule and publish posts, reels, stories, carousels, and other content.
  • Write or assist with captions, hashtags, tags, and platform-specific content.
  • Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, copywriters, and other team members.
  • Prepare creative briefs and communicate revisions and feedback.
  • Research relevant trends, trending audio, reel formats, competitor activity, and content opportunities.
  • Assist with campaigns, product launches, festivals, events, and promotional content.
  • Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement as required.
  • Track reach, impressions, engagement, views, follower growth, saves, and shares.
  • Assist in preparing weekly and monthly social media performance reports.
  • Support planning and coordination of photoshoots and video shoots.
  • Use Canva to create and edit basic social media posts, stories, carousels, and promotional creatives.
  • Use Instagram Edits or similar tools for basic reel editing, transitions, text overlays, and audio.
  • Maintain organised content calendars, creative folders, approvals, and published assets.
  • Ensure content follows client brand guidelines and approved publishing schedules.
